I love how the bank manager is saying this is fraud, but when banks do it to you it's ok.
ImSurroundedByMorons 0 karmaAugust 2013
Its not only the bank manager who says that, but, more importantly, the bank owner, claiming a fraud worth up to 4 years of incarcerationtwitter.com/olegtinkov

I am not a lawyer and therefore don't have the legal knowledge to be 100% sure, but I don't think so. I know that when you sign a release to a TV company or another media outlet allowing them to use your image, you can scratch out parts of the fine print that you don't agree with before you sign. It's their responsibility to then decide if they still want to use your image based on the modifications you made. So if you can do that with all contracts, then he's fine.

And I just realized that this in in Russia, so I really have no clue.

Theres a very first section of Civil code of Russia stating the principle of freedom of contract. Once signed by both parties, it cannot be reversed.
