Many of us have experience with employers who require signed "sick notes" from doctors. The thinking is that these signed notes ensure that employees dont take advantage of sick day policies.

But one doctor, Ethel Cooper-Rosen, is fed up with this practice. In fact, she wants to start charging employers $30 for sick notes.
