The savage Doberman was once the image of brutality, known as a guard dog and protector. However, this Doberman, when confronted with a little butterfly, was nothing but gentle and calm.
The large brown dog can be seen sitting in the sun, casually minding its own business. The butterfly decides that today, the peace of the large dog simply cannot stand. With its fluttering wings and tickly legs, it began to harass the calm pup.
Initially, it lands on the dog’s nose, tickling it and causing it to wake up. The Doberman moves its head to try and get a better look, causing the butterfly to flap away. But the harassment isn’t over. It repeatedly lands on the dog’s nose, causing it to go cross-eyed and look incredibly confused.
Unsure what to do with the butterfly, the Doberman shakes it loose. But the bug isn’t letting go that easily. Seemingly having fun with the dog, it flaps around its ears and head, causing it to twitch and attempt to keep an eye on it.
As it once again lands on the dog’s head, it tries to gently swipe it away. But the butterfly is too quick. The dog even bares its teeth and, in a half-hearted attempt, snaps about in the air. There was little to no chance of it actually getting the butterfly, though.
It appears that the lazy doberman and the butterfly were playing with each other. In a lovely meeting of bug and dog, they had a little fun, with the butterfly mocking the big, very unserious pup.
Big Love For Big Dog
The comments on the video are full of love for the peaceful playtime between the Doberman and the butterfly. It appears plenty of people have owned the large dogs before, and are always amazed at how playful and peaceful they are.

Another suggests that the butterfly may have been after more than just a bit of fun. “The butterfly is looking for water to drink from 😅, and the wet nose of the cute pupper looks like moisture to the butterfly. Put some water with some stones in it so the bf has something to land on in the water.”
