I couldn’t think of a worse prize to win from a claw machine than an entire human child.
A small person, frustrated by the blatantly fixed claw machine in Mason, Ohio, decided to take matters into his own hands. Using the prize chute, the child climbed inside the claw machine. Here, they had access to all the prizes they could want. But the loot came at a cost of their freedom. Unbelievable wealth, but at what cost?
The kid was spotted by someone walking past while he was making his great heist. The CCTV footage shows a man looking at the child while he is halfway into the machine. But the slippery little guy was up there like a shot. Once inside, he became quite the attraction.
Disappointingly, nobody tried to use the claw machine to get the child out. Instead, they just called the fire services.

The fire services wheeled the claw machine into a locked room where they could work without the distraction of all the arcade machines. They’re only human. Here, they popped the back of the machine off and helped the kid out. He was removed unharmed.
The child was quickly reunited with his parents, who were stressed about how many games it would take to claw their child from the machine. This is hardly the only time this has happened. There have been many reports of small children, enamored with the promise of well-lit prizes, climbing into the machines.
Someone should have a quick chat with his parents. Was it them who put him up to it in the first place? They should check the CCTV to see if his dad fed him up the prize chute to grab the loot inside.
This is an early and unsuccessful start to the young man’s casino heist career. However, he will hopefully learn from his mistakes and go on to much greater things. Today, the claw machine, tomorrow he could be card counting in Las Vegas’ biggest spots.
