It’s always great to see a celebration go way overboard. A quinceañera has made the history books and opened up an entire McDonald’s for the party people.
Bella Garcia’s parents weren’t going to let their little princess’s 15th birthday go without a huge blowout. For many Latino families, this marks the entrance into womanhood, as it is one of the most important milestones in a young lady’s life.
And it appears, for this quinceañera, there was no budget. Nothing was out of the question, and whatever she wanted, she got. The extravagant party cost thousands, too. “I would say in the six-figure mark if you want something really grand,” the event planner told People.“However, hers was obviously a lot more… it was over seven figures. We didn’t have a budget.”
A Party For The Ages
Nothing was left out for the huge quinceañera. Bella was the belle of the ball, sporting the traditional two dresses. The first, an enormous pink dress for the formal event, and the second, a white dress for dancing and the party. Both dresses were handmade and had separate designers.
But, besides the dress, the party had all the trimmings. The event ended up having 30 vendors. “She said she wanted people to feel like they were walking into a wonderland,” Orozco, the planner, said. “I was like, ‘Okay, I got it. Now, let me go back into my cave and think.”
The results were phenomenal. The quinceañera looked like something pulled straight out of a movie. Disneyland looked like a run-down Walmart in comparison.

The flowers alone accounted for a shockingly high percentage of the budget. Thousands of blooms adorned every surface in the quinceañera, and turned the halls into a Parisian wonderland. “So we had her coffee shop, a merch shop, a flower shop, we had the McDonald’s — which read McQuince in pink neon lights — and we had an IV bar,” the organiser explained.
The ten-hour quinceañera was one for the history books. And the expensive extravaganza was only the first of two. They hosted a second one for their beloved daughter in Mexico only two months later, with over 2000 guests.
